Main Applications:
This tape rolling machine is used in the rolling elastic and non-elastic narrow tapes into cake shape. Especially for the ribbons which the stitched edge and the lockrand are higher than middle.
Attachments and Features:
- Traverse motion: traverse speed and length are controlled by computer. When it works, the ribbons will be swinged and rolled side by side. It looks level and organized.
- Adopt torque motor, maintain the linear velocity of winding the same
- Yardage counter: set the tape length as requirements
- Auto stop at the time of tape breaking, knotting and meeting joint
